The planned measure includes the construction of a new multifunctional house for youth and family in Kitzingen
The tender covers the glazing and metal construction works.
The call shall include the following work:
The tender is for a single-storey, highly thermally insulated aluminium mullion and transom façade in several sections. The individual elements are equipped with floor-to-ceiling fixed glazing and floor-to-ceiling ventilation flaps, and the exterior door elements used are fitted with a skylight. In total, this results in a running length of the mullion and transom facades of approx. 95 running metres, with a clear room height of 3.00m.
For this purpose, two vestibules and approx. 20 highly thermally insulated aluminium block windows and exterior doors will be put out to tender. All windows consist of a tilt-and-turn sash, fixed glazing and a ventilation flap.
All windows and façade elements have high energy standards. All glazing is to be made of 3-fold thermal insulation glazing. A Ug value of 0.6 W/m2 is specified. All visible aluminum surfaces are anodized.
The windows are inserted into a cross-laminated timber wall. The mullion and transom façade is inserted between the concrete floor slab and cross laminated timber ceiling beams.
There are requirements for fire protection and sound insulation for a few individual elements.
