Implementation of removal services (packing, transport, unpacking services, construction site equipment, disposal, etc.) for the collection building of the Filmmuseum Potsdam (In-Institute of the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF) in the city of Potsdam.

The overall measure will be divided into 4 unskilled workers due to the different market offer and the different requirements for handling the moving goods. This will allow tenderers to apply for the overall measure as well as for the individual measure corresponding to the lots.

The underlying relocation concept does not allow alternatives in some items. Should the specified requirements be derogated from the specified requirements, the overall functionality of the measure shall be maintained and the intended implementation taken into account.

Participation in a site visit (in week 24/25 2021) is a prerequisite for submitting an offer.

Includes packaging work in the 4th quarter of 2021 to Q1 2022, including the production of individual, archive-compliant packaging for the cultural heritage in preparation for the actual move. It should be noted that this includes the securing and labelling of objects loaded with solid and weakly bound asbestos. All personnel must be instructed by the knowledgeable staff of the film museum Potsdam before starting work on the handling of contaminated objects. All goods packed and prepared for relocation are expected to be transported professionally by the end of the third quarter, on a date to be specified.

Includes the intact transfer of heavy goods to suitable plastic pallets (procured by contractors), the safeguarding of objects contaminated with solid and weakly bound asbestos, the professional securing for transport and relocation to the new site in the new building (starting with the IV quarter 21 — 1st quarter 22). All personnel must be instructed by the knowledgeable staff of the film museum Potsdam before starting work on the handling of contaminated objects.

The properties are currently located in the building Pappelallee 20, 14469 Potsdam in various ground-level building parts and will in future be distributed to different levels of the new building by means of a freight elevator. It should also be noted here that the largest object (camera crane, weight approx. 7 t) must be moved from a radius of about 100 km to Potsdam-Babelsberg to the new collection location.

Includes implementation/relocation of office workstations, workshops, archive storage systems/shelving systems (including disassembly/assembly work), IT technology and service library (from the 2nd quarter 22 to the end of III quarter 22)

Includes the dismantling, spreading and proper disposal of residual goods (including hazardous waste), including a bare transfer of the Pappelallee 20 property complex (starting from the 3rd quarter of 22).
