1. The subject of the contract is the supply and replacement of water meters and heat meters in premises in residential buildings remaining in the stock of OR AMW Kraków located in the following cities: Sandomierz and Tarnowskie Góry. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - description of the subject of the contract.

2. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts involving the repetition of similar services in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.

3. The Awarding Entity allows partial bids. The Employer does not limit the number of parts for which the Contractor may submit an offer.
