the contract takes the form of a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issuance of purchase orders without prior negotiation or re-competition, pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 450,000 euro(s) excluding tax for its entire duration. The maximum amount indicated above corresponds to the contractor's commitment to honour the orders placed by the atih throughout the duration of the contract.
