as part of an agreement to set up a common service relating to communication, the city of Lagny-Sur-Marne has entrusted its communication missions to the common communication service of Marne and Gondoire.Requests concerning the city's needs in printing and shaping communication media will therefore be made to service providers by the agents of the common communication service of Marne and Gondoire.The Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar benefits envisaged. The framework agreement is concluded from 17/10/2022 (or at the latest on the date of its notification) until 24/08/2024
