Provision and delivery of IT hardware to supply needs of the offices and field users in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Lithuania within next 3 to 5 years. Hardware list will contain but won't be limited to : desktop, server and networking equipment. Vendor's ability to leverage agreements with HP, Cisco , Lenovo , Riverbed and NetApp is essential. In addition partner will be providing support and consultancy services for technologies described above if needed that will require appropriate level of professional certification and partnership with key manufacturers and technology vendors. Vendor will be also responsible for hardware delivery, rooms setup and ongoing support of video conferencing solutions based on Cisco tele presence system extended by solutions of the following manufacturers (Extron, AMX, Clear One) in countries described above.
