The Works shall comprise of Minor Civil Engineering and Ancillary Works to various sites located within the boundaries of both Redditch Borough and Bromsgrove District Councils. Orders for such Works will be placed, as and when necessary, throughout the Contract Period. The Works broadly comprise of three main elements, these being:

i) Reactive Maintenance (Revenue) of all associated infrastructure to Council owned assets;

ii) Capital Projects in accordance with the Councils’ Capital Programmes;

iii) Maintenance of Bromsgrove District Council Watercourses (Provisional).
