Newport City homes wish to employ a competent contractor to undertake its annual servicing of its domestic stairlifts situated within its housing stock. The contract will also cover for all maintenance on a 24 hour 7 days a week cover and where required the installation of replacement or new stairlifts.

Newport City Homes has a housing stock of over 9 000 properties as a mixture of dwellings including high rise, low rise and individual houses. Where necessary, the Association requires a contractor to carry out the supply, installation, servicing and breakdown repairs of stair-lifts to properties in order to facilitate independence for our residents. The contract will also cover for all maintenance on a 24-hour 7 day a week cover.
