Supply of office supplies and accessories for the authorities and institutions of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the representation of the state of RLP in Berlin.

The products to be offered are divided into two sub-areas. The core range to be offered on a permanent basis by economic operators corresponds to the products contained in Part B - Price sheet.

In addition, the economic operator can optionally offer a marginal assortment in the form of a secondary price list and place it in the country's department store. The ancillary price list must be attached when submitting the tender using the Appendix Part B - Ancillary price list.

Additional information on the expected purchase volume based on the awards made in the past by the users can be found in Part R - Special Terms and Conditions - Section 2.6.

If, in exceptional cases, no lead product is specified for individual articles in the core range, reference is made exclusively to the characteristics entered in the article description. This means that manufacturer- and brand-independent articles can be offered.

With regard to the selection criteria and procedure of the consumers for the selection of articles/order retrieval between the assortments offered by economic operators, reference is made to Part R - Special Terms and Conditions of Contract, Section 2.7.
