The subject of the contract is: Preparation of design documentation for the task: "Extension of the provincial road No. 527 on the section Łukta – Olsztyn in the scope of construction of a bicycle road".
The subject of this description are the requirements for the preparation and acceptance of design documentation (along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment under the authority of the Ordering Party) for the task: Extension of the voivodeship road No. 527 on the section Łukta – Olsztyn in the scope of construction of a bicycle road.
1, The subject of this description are the requirements for the preparation and acceptance of design documentation (along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment under the authority of the Contracting Authority) for the task: Extension of the provincial road No. 527 on the section Łukta – Olsztyn in the scope of construction of a road for bicycles.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with a description of the investment and the scope of services is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in a specified manner
in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended), in the working time adequate to the tasks entrusted to: Chief designer, industry designers and office workers who perform activities covered by the scope of the contract throughout the entire period of performing these activities. The types of activities necessary to perform the contract are specified in point 3.5 of the SWZ.
4. Information on the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law:
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
Detailed description of the subject of the similar contract and the conditions under which the similar contract will be awarded:
Preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a decision permitting the implementation of the investment regarding the extension of the provincial road No. 527 Łukta - Olsztyn
in the scope of construction of a bicycle road on a section of about 1 km.
The condition for awarding the contract will be the implementation of design works
to the basic extent timely and with the utmost care. The contractor shall ensure no worse standard of performance of the contract similar to the basic one.
The contract awarded will be performed on the basis of the basic agreement. The Contractor will accept the essential terms of the contract, as well as the parties as a result of negotiations will agree on the date and price of a similar contract.
5. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract within 21 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, taking into account the following stages:
1) stage I - preparation of the design concept and its approval by the Contracting Authority -
within 4 months from the date of conclusion of the contract;
2) stage II - preparation and delivery of complete design documentation - within 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract;
3) stage III – obtaining the final decision of ZRID – within 21 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
