3.1. The subject of the contract is the service of removing mechanical and electrical failures and technical support for devices and installations installed in the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant in Krakow, including the service of frequency converters. 3.2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor performing the contract: 3.3.1. concerns part 1: has implemented a certified quality management system at least ISO 9001:2008, ISO 3834 and ISO 45001 or equivalent in the scope of at least: repair and modernization services of installations; 3.3.2. has knowledge of the process technology and the type of built-in equipment on thermal waste treatment installations. 3.3.3. concerns part 1: The contractor implementing the subject of the Agreement is obliged to have appropriate authorizations of the Office of Technical Inspection in the field of modernization, repair and manufacture of pressure equipment. 3.3.4. It is recommended that workers assigned to work in the area of the waste bunker and unloading hall have appropriate vaccinations.
