The aim of this tender is to award a framework contract for the procurement of digital speech recognition software. The speech recognition assistant is intended to improve the efficiency and accuracy of documentation within the hospital and thus optimize workflows for medical staff. The integration of the software into the leading clinical applications HIS/RIS/LIS etc. is planned in the future. At the beginning, it must be ensured that speech recognition can be used in all data fields with text input. The solution is to be implemented as an on-premise installation and will not have any restrictions on the performance of the clients or ongoing operation.

The services provided by the Contractor include the delivery of the software, commissioning, training, maintenance, care and support in accordance with the Contractor's definitions from the bill of quantities.

A framework agreement is concluded. A total of 190 licenses are expected to be called, with a maximum of 750 licenses.

A retrieval beyond this is excluded.
