Fully Managed Auxiliary Facilities Management Service: Handy man, small moves, courier, portering and storage management processes.

The Contractor shall provide Auxiliary services (Small moves, Handy man, Cleaning, Portering and Courier services) with the requirement to provide the following in conjunction with these services:

The auxiliary services apply to all areas of the Trust's buildings and facilities.

The Contractor shall provide the Service 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday with the Trusts business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30 for the execution of all routine and planned events.

This Service Specification defines the elements to be operated and maintained, and the standard of the service to be achieved and maintained, by the Contractor, in the provision of this Service.
