1. The object of the order is the comprehensive delivery - including the sale and provision of distribution services - of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022, with a total forecast volume: Part 1:149 924 861 kWh to 565 PP detailed in the Annex 1a to SWZ, Part 2: with a total forecast volume of 81 441 109 kWh to 1 reception point (Annex No 1b to SWZ).

2. Comprehensive supply of natural gas will be carried out between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022. Details of delivery dates (commencement and completion) for individual PP are described in Annex No 1a/1b to SWZ column 'Supply Period'.

3. 3. The forecast natural gas consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of gas actually collected during the period of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of gas does not entail any consequences for the contracting (gas customers), other than the need to pay.

2. As a result of the resolution of the proceedings, 41 contracts will be concluded.

3.Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r.with the provision that up to one point of receipt of the Municipality Wejherowo deliveries will commence from 01.09.2022r.

4. The subject of the order is the supply of high-methane natural gas through the distribution network of Polish Gazownictwo Company sp. z o.o. with specified quality standards, in accordance with applicable regulations, along with the transmission service.

5. Delivery and distribution services provided under the Comprehensive Agreement will be performed under the conditions laid down by the Pe Act and by the regulations of the Pe Act and in accordance with the provisions of the TSO.

6. Quality parameters of gaseous fuels are governed by the provisions of the Pe Act, implementing acts, in particular, the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 02 July 2010 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the gas system (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 15 March 2018 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in the marketing of gas fuels (i.e. OJ of 2021, item 280, as amended), and Polish Standards.

7. Details of the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption broken down by calendar months, contractual power for individual PPs are described

in Annex 1a to SWZ.
