The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting, agro-meadow management, hunting and tourist management, to be carried out in the Baligród Forest District in 2024.
The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

The works which are the subject of the Option may be commissioned in an amount whose total value will not exceed 30% of the Remuneration as at the date of conclusion of the Agreement, in accordance with §11 section 1 of the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 12 to the Terms of Reference. The basis for determining the value of the works commissioned under the Option (in order to determine its scope) will be the unit prices of individual works included in the cost estimate constituting a part of the Offer.
The Ordering Party is not obliged to order works covered by the subject of the Option, and the Contractor is not obliged to claim their order.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract.

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Law of 2023, item 1465).
1. The period of execution of the order during which the Orders will be submitted by the Contracting Authority: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2024, subject to point 2. The works which are the subject of the Option may be commissioned in an amount whose total value will not exceed 30% of the Remuneration as at the date of conclusion of the Agreement, in accordance with §11 section 1 of the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 12 to the Terms of Reference. The basis for determining the value of the works commissioned under the Option (in order to determine its scope) will be the unit prices of individual works included in the cost estimate constituting a part of the Offer.
The Ordering Party is not obliged to order works covered by the subject of the Option, and the Contractor is not obliged to claim their order.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract.
The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in point 214 of the UTS. 1(7) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed the value of 50 % of the value of this contract
Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Law of 2023, item 1465).
1. The period of execution of the order during which the Orders will be submitted by the Contracting Authority: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2024, subject to point 2. The above shall not prejudice the possibility of exercising the rights arising from the contract (including, in particular, the notification of readiness for collection and the calculation of contractual penalties) after the deadline referred to in the preceding sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the period of performance of the contract by way of an amendment to the contract.
2. If the contract is concluded earlier than before 2 January 2024, the contract will start on 2 January 2024.
3. The deadlines for the completion of individual works (in each of the Packages) will be specified in the Orders drawn up by the Contracting Authority's Representative.
4. The deadline for completion of the works indicated in the Orders will in no case be later than 15 January 2025.
