The tendered agreement includes client consultancy in connection with the construction of two new and separate departments consisting of public family housing for the two contracting entities. The construction is expected to comprise a total of approximately 110 homes for both contractors spread over approximately 8,612 square meters built in 6 point houses.
The client consultancy agreement is expected to include services with a total value of approximately DKK 3.5 million excl. VAT delivered during the entire period from the start of the project to the 1-year review.
The contracting entities are both social housing associations and their main task is to build, operate and manage social housing. For a detailed description of the ordering entities, please also refer to their websites.
The tendered client consultancy agreement includes client consultancy in connection with the construction of two new, separate and equal departments consisting of social housing for the contracting entities on building areas belonging to Boligforeningen Århus Omegn and Brabrand Boligforening, respectively, as well as possibly the construction of a common common house with access for residents in both departments.
The construction is expected to comprise a total of approximately 110 homes for both contracting entities spread over approximately 8,612 square meters built in 6 point houses, cf. Local Plan 831, and in connection with the implementation of the project, a focus on sustainability is desired.
The building is offered in turnkey contract.
