The city of Dreux currently has 42 sites with a contract power of more than 36 KVA. The purpose of this consultation is therefore the supply and transmission of electricity and the provision of associated services for the sites of the city of Dreux. The market is not alloti, but the delivery points are presented in homogeneous groups:

- group 1: current yellow tariffs: 37 Pdl,

- group 2: current green tariffs: 5 Pdl.

On this basis, the annual reference consumption is 3096 MWh.

This scope is likely to change over the course of the market. Indeed, certain sites may enter or leave this perimeter notably for technical reasons (opening and closing of sites) or for administrative reasons (transfer / transfer of sites to a third party).

All sites within the scope of this contract are included in the incumbent's balance perimeter. The latter undertakes to ensure all the obligations that result from it. The holder thus bears the financial risks related to the adjustments made by the network operator to compensate for the surpluses or deficits due to the hazards of consumption of these sites.

Quality of supply and continuity of supply are the responsibility of the network manager. The metering of the supply of electrical energy is carried out by the measurement apparatus of the distribution network manager.

Only these counts are valid, including the estimates made by the grid operator in the event of a failure or faulty operation of these measuring devices, the amount of electrical energy to be billed will be established according to the data reconstructed by the network operator.

As part of the single contract concluded with the holder, the latter will bring all of its expertise and all the advice necessary to optimize the tariffs for use of public electricity networks (TURPE) for all sites.

The holder also undertakes to represent the city of Dreux with the network manager. It will take all the measures it deems necessary to carry out its mission by ensuring systematic preservation of the interest of the city of Dreux. Thus, in accordance with the distribution network operator's services catalog, the holder is required to deal with any administrative formalities related to the smooth operation of the routing contracts that he will sign with the distribution system operator in the this contract.

Any additional services requested from the distribution system operator and listed in the supplementary services catalog will be re-invoiced to the city of Dreux by the holder without any additional cost.

The holder will recover from the city of Dreux any sum resulting from these additional services, in accordance with the catalog of services published and updated by the distribution network operator as well as any additional costs invoiced by the distribution network operator.
