The ACC Liverpool Group is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1.1.2023 for an initial period of 3 years until 31.12.2025 with the option, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpool Group, to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 2 years. The estimated total value is based on £500,000 GBP per annum over the potential 7 years of the contract excluding VAT. The estimated total value excludes the possibility of minor project works which may be required during the period of the contract. These works may be event related or general alteration/improvement works.
