This contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement which aims to meet the current and future needs of PABs.

This framework agreement covers the acquisition of mobile communication terminals (tablets and accessories) and related services.

The basic list contains a set of articles which must be proposed by the tenderer.

This basic list is included in the offer forms. The detailed technical specifications are set out in the Annex "Annex 1 - FASD CSC Tablets 2023.xlsx". These technical requirements are considered minimum requirements pursuant to Article 76, §1, 3° of the Royal Decree (RD).

Tenderers are obliged (under penalty of nullity of their tender: failing which, there will be omission of price and in the event of a consequent omission or accumulation of minor omissions, the Contracting Authority could consider the tender as substantially irregular) to bid for all the items included in this basic list. Only one article must be proposed per position.
