The purpose of this contract is to implement ? Work of accompaniment for the provision of HR advice for members of the OPCO Health, namely: - make a complete diagnosis, by the provider, of the structure on the theme or themes identified and validated during the pre-diagnosis by the OPCO advisor. - Propose an action plan by theme. - Implement, improve and/or equip the approach related to the theme(s) with a main orientation on the impacts in terms of the evolution of jobs and skills. Each HR consulting service will be the subject of an assessment with the supported structure and the OPCO and will highlight the actions still to be carried out. The HR Support will focus on eight themes presented in the CCTP of this consultation
