Support to project management and third-party application maintenance of the traffic management assistance system Sagacity AMO & TMA Sagacity Sagacity

In particular, the DIRs are responsible for the establishment of dynamic equipment, the development of telecommunications networks and the implementation of computer systems that allow the proper functioning of PCs. For some PCs, DIs have deployed traffic management support systems, which optimize the missions of PC operators by offering a single interface for different tasks typically managed by different IT systems. The contract is launched as a result of an order grouping agreement involving the 11 DIR. It aims to cover all the needs of the DIs, for assistance in agacity project management and third-party application maintenance of sagacity.

Assistance to work management of sagacity

Lot 1: assistance with agacity project management with the aim of covering all needs in terms of services:

— governance: steering and comitology;

— control: verification operations (implementation of the contract, reversibility, receipt of changes on the SAGT software and on its technical architecture);

— upstream study: upstream study, functional analysis, design of verification operations, specifications;

— support: presentation, training, job sheets.

Third-Party Application Maintenance of Sagacity

Lot 2: third-party applicative maintenance of agacity with the aim of covering all needs in terms of services:

— governance services: implementation of the contract, reversibility, steering and comitology;

— maintenance services: curative, preventive and evolutionary of SAGT Sagacity;

— maintenance services in operational condition: hot line for working days and hours and on call to respond to requests for intervention outside of working days and hours;

— the provision of supplies and services for the implementation of the hardware and software architecture;

— ad hoc services: study, expertise, advice, and support.
