1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Municipal Volunteer Fire Brigade in Prabuty.

2. The description of the minimum technical parameters and requirements to be met by the car is contained in VOLUME II OPZ SWZ.

3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in VOLUME III PPU SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Municipal Volunteer Fire Brigade in Prabuty.

2. A vehicle not in service shall be considered to be brand new.

3. The offered subject of the contract must have, at the moment of technical and quality acceptance, a certificate of approval issued on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (consolidated text. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475, as amended).

4. The vehicle must comply with the provisions contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).

5. Certificates of approval or other documents allowing the subject of the contract for use in fire protection, valid on the date of acceptance.

6. After collecting the vehicle together with the equipment and all required documents, the Contractor is obliged to cooperate with the Contracting Authority during the registration process. In particular, it is obliged to supplement all documents required by state institutions.
