HOFOR is establishing an offshore wind farm (Aflandshage Wind Farm) in Øresund in the area between Stevns and Amager's southern tip. The wind farm is expected to have a capacity of 300 MW corresponding to 26 turbines. This contract award notice concerns the award of a Turbine Supply Agreement and a Service and Maintenance Agreement. The tender procedure has been carried out as a negotiated procedure using the qualification system Achilles UNCE.

Aflandshage Wind Farm is to be situated in Øresund, the area between Stevns and Amager's southern tip and is expected to have a maximum capacity of 300 MW, corresponding to 26 turbines. The Aflandshage Wind Farm will most likely be connected to the grid through Energinet's existing 132 kV station at Avedøreværket.

The tender covered by this contract award notice concern the procurement of WTGs, including e.g., the design, manufacturing, delivery, transport, installation, testing and commissioning and associated services hereof for the Aflandshage Wind Farm, as well as service and maintenance.

Thus, the tender includes the following agreements and scope:

1. a Turbine Supply Agreement (“TSA”) including e.g. the design, manufacture, delivery, transport,

installation, testing and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators; and

2. a Service and Maintenance Agreement ("SMA").
