Pursuant to Article 805 of the Civil Code by the insurance contract, the insurer undertakes to comply with a certain benefit in the event of an accident contract, and the policyholder undertakes to pay the premium. From the above, it follows unequivocally that in the tender for insurance services, the provision of the contractor will be the payment of compensation.

Due to the previous course of insurance, damage and in order to ensure consistency of the Contracting Authority's insurance scheme, the order was not divided into parts.
