The purpose of this contract is the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic doors and gates, lifting barriers and metal curtains including labor, travel, troubleshooting between visits, checks, adjustments and repairs constituting the security systems in accordance with the texts, standards and regulations in force concerning the profession.

The services are regulated by fixed prices and unit prices according to the stipulations of the deed of commitment.

The fixed prices correspond to preventive maintenance services as defined in the special technical clauses.

Unit prices correspond to corrective maintenance services and carried out through a framework agreement with purchase orders as defined in the Special Technical Clauses Clauses.
