The LGA let the contract to appoint a supplier to design and deliver the accredited leadership development programme for ngdp Cohorts 19 and 20. The aim of the programme is to develop future leaders and senior managers within local government by equipping them with the skills, understanding, experience and competencies required to be effective as change agents in their councils and to realise their leadership potential. This may be extended to cohort 21 subject to the requirements of the LGA.
