This Expression of Interest (EOI)has been issued by the Authority, Scotland Gas Networks plc (SGN), in connection with a competitive procurement event conducted in accordance with the Negotiated Procedure under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (As Amended).

This EOI sets out the information which is required by the Authority in order to assess the suitability of potential Applicants in terms of their suitability, competence, experience and capability to meet the requirement. SGN working in partnership with Mutual Energy Ltd, the High Pressure (HP) transportation licence holder for the G2W, are planning to construct a 77 km HP pipeline, 130 km of Intermediate Pressure (IP) network with associated pressure management stations (PRS) over the next 3-4 years, supplying natural gas to the city gates of Strabane, Dungannon, Cookstown, Magherafelt, Omagh, Enniskillen and Derrylin.

In order to assist with the delivery of the GttW project and the Management of the associated Contracts, the following professional services may be required:

— Project Managers;

— Project Supervisors;

— Senior Quantity Surveyors;

— Junior Quantity Surveyors.
