Nye Øygarden municipality needs to enter into a Framework Agreement for interpretation services from 1.1.2020.

Fjell, Øygarden og Sund municipality shall merge into Øygarden municipality from 1.1.2020. On behalf of Øygarden municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority Fjell municipality is invited to participate in a call for tenders for interpretation services.

The completed mapping shows that in the last 5 years approx. 400 refugees live in the municipalities Fjell, Sund and Øygarden.

45 refugees shall be settled in the three municipalities by 2019. Nye Øygarden municipality will be the largest municipality i Vestland County. This means that we expect to be asked to receive a relatively high number of refugees for settlement and an interpretation contract must therefore be entered. The employment immigration in the region also requires interpretation services.
