This consultation is conducted according to the competitive procedure with negotiation pursuant to Article 25-II-2º and 4º and Articles 71 to 73 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The public market is a framework agreement that does not set all contractual stipulations. It gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions laid down in Article 79 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts. The public contract is concluded without minimum or maximum for all its duration of validity. The public market is single-award winner.
This is a single public contract (no lot). The public market is not alloti to the extent that the devolution in separate lots is likely to render more expensive the performance of services.
