The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Court of Appeal in Wrocław in the following scope: 1) round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property in the building of the Court at 4 Energetyczna Street, performed around the clock on all days of the week by two security guards, entered on the list of qualified physical security employees, in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), hereinafter referred to as the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property. At work, they use a handy metal detector lent by the Ordering Party, 2) cloakroom service in the building at 4 Energetyczna Street, 3) operation of the platform for the disabled at 4 Energetyczna Street, 4) physical protection of persons and property in the Court building at 124 Powstańców Śląskich Street, carried out from 6.30 to 20.00, from Monday to Friday by one security employee, entered on the list of qualified physical security employees, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property. At work, he uses a handheld metal detector lent by the Ordering Party. 5) monitoring of the alarm system installed in the building at 124 Powstańców Śląskich Street; a) conducting by the Contractor round-the-clock monitoring of the alarm installation installed in the court building at 124 Powstańców Śląskich Street, confirmed by a monthly history of the monitoring, b) The Contractor intervenes on each alarm signal received by the Command Center within 10 minutes between 20.00 and 6.00, and up to 20 minutes. from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. c) in the event of intervention, the intervention group shall secure the facility until the arrival of the Police and the representative of the Ordering Party, d) the Ordering Party has the right (once a month) to generate a checking alarm signal.
