The object of the appointment procedure is an integral assignment architecture and infrastructure (road, infrastructure and environmental works) concerning the realization of a mixed residential project with a social character consisting of ten Vlabinvest owner-occupied homes and twelve social rental entities, including the adjacent infrastructure and surroundings, on a project land owned by Vlabinvest apb located in Merchtem (Peizegem), Groenstraat.

The study assignment is defined in accordance with the specific building programme and the design instructions of the Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Sociaal Wonen (VMSW) and of Providentia and is contractually defined in the attached type agreement new construction & replacement construction on the one hand and type agreement infrastructure (road, infrastructure and environmental works) on the other hand.

The assignment is realized as a whole, whereby it is part of the assignment of the service provider to collect, check and merge all useful and / or necessary data in the context of the assignment into a coherent set of assignment documents.

It offers affordable rental and owner-occupied homes with a discount compared to the market price in the Flemish periphery around Brussels so that people with a small to medium income can continue to live in their neighborhood.
