In accordance with the tender documents, we ask for your offer for apartment repair services for the properties of Lahden Talot and its subsidiaries (Lahden Asunnot Oy, Lahden Palveluasunnot Oy).

Apartment renovations of residential and serviced housing properties owned by the contracting entity. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contracting entity has approximately 6,200 apartments in ordinary residential use, and their resident turnover rate has been less than 20% in the last 12 years. In addition to the above, the number of serviced dwellings is around 900.

In its order, the contracting entity selects five to eight of the most economically advantageous companies for the implementation of the procurement.
