The metro company is about to establish a new metro line, M5 Østhavn. The line will connect Copenhagen's latest development areas east of the city, including Lynetteholmen, Refshaleøen and Kløverparken, with the existing transport network. The M5 will include a new control centre (KVC), which is expected to be built on Prøvestenen.
The overall advisory task is divided into several tenders:
- M5 Østhavn, Civil works, utilities and EIA (er under udbud)
- M5 Østhavn, Areas and Rights (nærværende udbud)
- M5 Østhavn, Framework agreement for Assessor services (selvstændigt udbud)
- M5 Østhavn, Transportation System Advisor (TS tender implemented via an already established framework agreement)

The overall consultancy assignment is divided into several tenders, of which this tender notice concerns the tender for M5 Østhavn, Areas and Rights. M5 East Port, Transportation System Advisor (implemented through already established framework agreement)
The present tender M5 Østhavn, Areas and Rights is expected to cover the following main tasks on M5 Østhavn, noting that the following does not constitute an exhaustive list of the activities:
o Handling of landowner and neighbour matters, including risk assessment of expropriations, etc.
o Identification of critical/challenged locations and stakeholders and proposals for changes
o Detailed schedule and process management of the entire project
o Establishment of a general basis for expropriations
o Collection of landowner information, dialogue with landowners and negotiation
o Inspection and expropriation of land and rights
o Handling of any compensation and relief arrangements
o Contributions to technical agreements for construction and operation
o Preparation of basis for easements and easement orders
o Final notification and cadastral correction of the plant
