The subject of the Order is:

1. The provision of services in the field of collection, collection and management of municipal waste

from inhabited properties, uninhabited properties understood as such on which there are cottages, other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, and public places of the Municipality of Łękawica and their transport to the municipal installation and plant for the processing of waste selectively collected according to

with applicable laws,

2. Organization and conduct on the territory of the Municipality of Łękawica Selective Collective of Municipal Waste, in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard

The subject of the Order is:

- the provision of services in the field of collection, collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited property, uninhabited property understood as such on which there are cottages, other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes and places public from the area of the Municipality of Łękawica and their transport to the municipal installation and installations for the processing of waste selectively collected in accordance with applicable law;

- the organization and operation of the Łękawica Municipality of the Selective Collections Point

Municipal Waste, in accordance with applicable law in this regard.

The projected amount of municipal waste generated that will need to be picked up

and homestead during the period of execution of the order: 1100 Mg.

The Contracting Authority provides for a change in the amount of Mg for receipt and development from the area of the Municipality of Łękawica.
