The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, and securing crops by erecting fences, hunting, meadow-farming, nursery, seed production, obtaining Christmas trees, maintaining roads and forest facilities, repair and maintenance of forest communication routes to be carried out in the Rudnik Forest District in a year 2019. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works from the above-mentioned scope, etc. resulting from the annexes to the ToR. The subject of the order was divided into VIII part ("Package") ". The smallest part of the order is the total scope of work described in successively numbered attachments related to individual lots.

The provision of services includes in particular: logging, skidding, forest farming, forest protection, crop protection, fire protection, hunting management, meadow and agriculture management, seed production, acquisition of Christmas trees, maintenance of roads and forest facilities as well as other forest management works described in Annexes 1.1, 1.1A, 1.1B, 1.1C and etc. to the ToR. The contracting authority does not allow further division of the contract. The number of works (activities) planned to be performed in the given locations (forest addresses) on which the implementation of the subject of the contract is planned under of a given Package is of an initial nature and may change (both increase and decrease) during the performance of the contract. The Employer requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of a contract of employment of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and extracting wood raw material, if carrying out these activities and consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended). Value of the basic order / not including similar services as well as maximum value and reductions (as well as without the contracting authority's own materials) estimated at PLN 1 683 128.42 excluding VAT. Estimated maximum value from II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract at 120%. The size of the main services being the subject of the order for the package is as follows:

The contracting authority does not allow further division of the contract. The number of works (activities) planned to be carried out in given locations (forest addresses), where the implementation of the subject of the contract is planned under a given Package is preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the performance of the contract. by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and logging wood, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended). Value of the basic order / not including similar services as well as maximum value and reduction, as well as without the contracting authority's own materials) were estimated at PLN 1229487.31 excluding VAT. Estimated maximum value from II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract at 120%. The number of works (activities) planned to be carried out in given locations (forest addresses), where the implementation of the subject of the contract is planned under a given Package is preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the performance of the contract. by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and logging wood, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended). - adopting seeds 1700 kg; harvest of seeds and cones: Ol 45kg, DB.s 1500kg, etc., removal of cuttings - 2192.30 TSZT, dehulling of cones Jd-700kg; soil contagion test: 200 pcs, sprinkler irrigation: 100 ares.

The performance of services in particular concerns: machine logging and skidding, as well as forest farming (clearing of logging areas) of works. described in Annex 1.6, 1.5A, 1.5B to the ToR. The number of works (activities) planned to be carried out in given locations (forest addresses), where the implementation of the subject of the contract is planned under a given Package is preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the performance of the contract. by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and logging wood, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).
