The purpose of this framework agreement is to monitor the daily press (written, audiovisual, web), to carry out the press review and its image reports (Lot 1). This press surveillance will have to report on the actions carried out by the biomedicine agency as well as the news in its various fields of activity. To conduct its press relations, the biomedicine agency also wants to have a regularly updated press file (lot 2)
