The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of poviat road No. 1218L on the section Borki - Ulan Majorat. The scope includes: preparatory, demolition, earthworks, roadways, gravel roadside, bituminous roadsides, cobblestone roadsides and pavements, bus and parking bays, traffic safety devices and others.

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of poviat road No. 1218L on the section Borki - Ulan Majorat. The scope of works includes:

a) reconstruction of existing culverts under the road, with a diameter of 600 cm, 800 cm, 1,000 cm with a total length of 95.00 m;

b) construction of a covered ditch from HDPE pipes with diam. 40 cm for 238.50 mb;

c) extending the existing pavement to the required widths on the area of 1 619.06 m 2 ;

d) leveling the surface to proper transverse and longitudinal slopes with mineral-bituminous mass in the amount of 5 840 tonnes;

e) strengthening the structure of the existing road with bituminous surface with broken stone in the amount of 240.27m 3 ;

f) execution of a binding and wearing layer of asphalt concrete over the entire section, on an area of 49 470.63 m 2 ;

g) restoration of roadside ditches;

h) construction of pavements with cobblestone surface on an area of 3 801 m 2 ;

i) construction of asphalt concrete, concrete and crushed stone roadside on the surface of 22,459.75 m 2 ;

j) construction of bus bays with a surface made of concrete blocks and asphalt concrete for public transport vehicles, on an area of 312 m 2 ;

k) construction of exits with concrete cobblestones and asphalt concrete surface, on the area of 3 531.91 m 2 ;

l) road safety equipment: steel barriers, 180 m long, horizontal and vertical road marking along the entire road section;

m) finishing works consisting in cleaning roadside ditches along the entire road section.

4. In addition, which has not been specified in the design documentation, the Contractor's duties will include the implementation of:

a) geodetic as-built inventory;

b) information boards on project implementation, in accordance with the principles of promotion and labeling of projects co-financed from the Regional Operational Program of the Lublin Voivodship;
