Description:
Collection, transport and disposal of medical waste with the following codes: 180101, 180102, 180103, 180106, 180108, 180109 from the activities of SPSK-2 PUM in Szczecin.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and disposal of medical waste with the following codes: 180101, 180102, 180103, 180106, 180108, 180109 (UN3291) from the activities of SPSK-2 PUM in Szczecin.

2. The estimated quantities of waste have been included in the unit price form (Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter also referred to as FCJ) – with the proviso that the contracting authority is obliged to provide at least 80% of the estimated quantity.

3.A detailed description of the requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation is provided in Chapter II of the Terms of Reference.

4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract taking into account the principle of proximity set out in Article 20 of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012 (Journal of Laws 2022.699, i.e. of 2022.09.14).

5.The order consists of 1 task. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers.

5.Lead time: 24 months

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and disposal of medical waste with the following codes: 180101, 180102, 180103, 180106, 180108, 180109 (number UN3291) from the activity of SPSK-2 PUM in Szczecin.

Waste classification symbols are provided in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020.10 of 2020.01.03).

2. The estimated quantities of waste have been included in the unit price form (Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter also referred to as FCJ) – with the proviso that the contracting authority is obliged to provide at least 80% of the estimated quantity.

3. A detailed description of the requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation is provided in Chapter II of the Terms of Reference.
