The subject of the order is the glass and frame cleaning of the interior and exterior glazing on the buildings of the property Willy-Brandt-Straße 1, 10557 Berlin for a period of 4 years. There is a two-time contract extension option of one year each, unless the client objects in writing 6 months before the end of the contract period. The contract therefore ends at the latest on March 31, 2027 without the need for termination.

- the glass surface to be cleaned is 7,256.06 m 2 ;

- Internal glazing and 15 512.64 m 2 ;

- External glazing plus 5,224.53 m 2 Sun protection louvers (inside and outside).

The cleaning services are to be provided for differently listed areas at different time intervals (weekly to once a year). The description of services / contract (Appendix 1) including the appendices regulate further details.
