The subject of the contract is to organize and carry out 48 training and activation cycles for persons imprisoned in the penitentiary units of the SW District of Bydgoszcz. The contractor is obliged to carry out and organize training and activation cycles in accordance with the regulation of the Ministry of National Education of 19.3.2019 on lifelong learning in non-school forms (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 652). The training and activation cycle consists of:

- module 1 vocational course, including a panel of theoretical and practical classes (the number of teaching hours depending on the type of course), OHS and fire protection training. (4 hours), premedical first aid training (6 hours) and practical classes (number of teaching hours depending on the type of course),

- module 2: vocational activation course, including theoretical classes (5 h), practical classes (15 h).

Organizing and conducting 7 training and activation cycles: paver, painter, tiler-floor-maker, professional cleaning, carer for the elderly, the sick and the disabled, upholsterer, seamstress.
