1. The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance level P4 activities of three EN57AL ETA: 1544, 1551, 1555 together with additional works.

2. The Contractor undertakes to provide services to the extent provided for in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU), Technical Documentation of the traction vehicle, in force at POLREGIO S.A. for electric multiple units of the series

EN57AL.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including detailed conditions for the execution of the contract, is contained in Annex 9 to the SWZ, constituting a model contract for the contract, including Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.

4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the current DSU and the Instruction on the Maintenance of Railway Vehicles with Pt-5 drive.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.
