The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide routing services for INRS periodicals including: the supply of pre-printed consumables with the necessary information (e.g. postal tariff, INRS logo), the preparation of the address file, the preliminary handling necessary for sorting (e.g. recovery of CDP boxes on STP Poste), addressing and sorting in accordance with the terms and conditions required by La Poste and the service provider chosen for shipments abroad, delivery to postal sorting processing sites, pestle of leftovers and any step(s) not listed but imperatively necessary for the routing of journals
