The provision of grounds maintenance services for Magna West Somerset housing Association for a period of 3 years (plus extensions of up to 2 years total). The work will be geographically spread across West Somerset (and to a small degree surrounding districts). The work will include grass cutting and maintenance; shrub and shrub bed maintenance; rose and rose bed maintenance; hedge maintenance; tree maintenance; hard area spraying and other activities associated with the above.
