The project consists of public housing which is constructed with public support and subject to the legislation applicable for such matters with associated circulars and guides.
The tender of the main contract shall be conducted as a tender with negotiation in accordance with §§ 61 to 66 of the Procurement Act. No remuneration shall be granted to the bidder for participation in negotiation. As a starting point, one negotiating session is held per bidder of an expected 2.5 hour duration. The negotiating session will take place at Kuben Management A/S, Ellebjergvej 52, 2nd floor, 2450 Copenhagen. Contracting entities reserve the right to extend the negotiation process by one or more rounds of negotiations.
Contracting entities reserve the right to award on the basis of the initial offer.
