The municipality of Velsen wants to give substance to the housing task, protect its special landscapes and offer its residents and entrepreneurs a safe and healthy home. The three building blocks (Vision, Course and Atlas) must come together with other thematic building blocks in the Environmental Vision Velsen 2040. The conversation with society, the drafting of the Environmental Vision and the administrative decision-making form the third and final phase of the Velsen Environmental Vision 2040 process.

The municipality outsources the final phase of the process to an external agency (or a combination of agencies). We are looking for a party that

1. facilitates the process of making choices and interaction (participation);

2. draw up the Velsen Environmental Vision 2040 (report/digital file); and

3. facilitates and implements the EIA / Environmental Impact Assessment (via Note scope and level of detail).
