The procurement concerns service and repair of the Greater Gothenburg Fire and Rescue Service's passenger and transport vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. The procurement is divided into two categories - category A: Stenungsund, Lilla Edet and Tjörn municipality and category B: Gothenburg, Lerum, Partille, Mölndal, Härryda and Kungsbacka municipality. The tenderer may choose to submit tenders in one or both categories.
Category A: Stenungsund, Lilla Edet and Tjörn municipalitiesThe estimated order volume during the contract period is SEK 800,000 for category A and SEK 1,600,000 for category B. The volumes are an estimate based on previous years' statistics and an analysis of RSG's future needs. The actual volumes may be lower or exceeded, but not more than the ceiling volumes specified for the contracts. RSG does not undertake to call off any specific quantity or value.
The total order volume during the contract period, including any options, may not exceed SEK 1,000,000 for category A and SEK 2,000,000 for category B. These volumes constitute the contract ceiling volumes.
