The subject of the Contract is the execution of works related to the connection of customers of the IV and V connection groups in the area of operations of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Wałbrzych in accordance with the material scope indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement entitled "List of net outlay rates together with the Rules for commissioning works related to the connection of customers (IV and V connection groups), on the basis of individual orders, referred to in the Draft Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 12 to the Terms of Reference.
