The procurement refers to Christmas gifts in the form of gift cards to Region Norrbotten. A gift voucher is a voucher that has a predetermined monetary value and that the recipient can use as a means of payment for purchases in an individual store, chain of stores or non-physical store where the gift card can be redeemed online. The tenderer must be able to deliver gift cards from at least 3 stores per gift card category:
