1 Initial situation and objectives
rku.it plans to have about 30% of the implementation for the "Lief NextGen" project carried out by external service providers. The project management is carried out by rku.it. For this purpose, the two trades "Product Structure" and "Customer Transformations" are given to the market as service contracts "Time & Material".
rku.it is looking for a partner who can provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel.
2 Current situation
Currently, a specification for the product "Lief NextGen" is being revised. Rku will have this completed in early 2023.
3 Performance of the contractor
The rku.it wants the product to be completed by 01.07.2024.
At the same time, the first customer transformation will start on 01.01.2024, where the existing SAP platform will first be migrated to SAP S/4-Hana.
By the end of 2027, another 12 customers (according to further planning) will receive the NextGen Lief solution.
4 Product description Lief NextGen
rku.it GmbH plans to build a template system for the role of the supplier based on SAP S/4HANA Utilities. The basic version of this system should be closely based on the SAP standard and contain functions that a supplier needs as standard and offer a certain basic comfort.
Furthermore, it is planned to provide for the simple integration of extensions (premium services). These can be, for example, interfaces to other systems or extended customizing options.
The characteristics of the supplier template should also be based in particular on the current implementation of the network template, so that it is ensured that both systems can be maintained in the same way later as far as possible and sensible.
The processes to be implemented in the supplier system are roughly divided into the following blocks:
- Messstellenbetrieb
- (Supplier) EDM
- Business processes and market communication
- Settlement and current accounts
- Vertriebsprozesse
For each of these blocks, individual processes are defined that need to be implemented.
Further details can also be found in the Process Map plant.
Note: The customers planned in the migration projects currently have at least 1.2 million metering points.
Furthermore, in the attachment "Lief NextGen Roadmap" you will find non-binding planning for the transformation projects existing and new customers except for the construction project. We expressly point out that the person days mentioned therein, which the partner is to provide, represent a non-binding estimate and are processed by Time & Material.
