The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of brand new type C ambulances within the meaning of the Polish standard PN-EN 1789 for the needs of the Hospital in Ostróda SA. A detailed description of the ambulances covered by the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract includes the sale and delivery of brand new type C ambulances within the meaning of the Polish standard PN-EN 1789 for the needs of the Hospital in Ostróda SA.

2. A detailed description of the ambulances covered by the contract is set out in Annex 3 to the tender specifications.

3. The delivered ambulances must meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002. (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, późń.zm) on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, as well as have a valid approval for a base car and a fully enclosed ambulance issued in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997. 4. Medical equipment of ambulances (which has been classified as a medical device) must have documents allowing for marketing and use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended).

5. Ambulances delivered must meet the European Union standards (CE mark) in the field of safety of use and the level of exhaust emissions, must be free from technical defects, unregistered and not encumbered with the rights of persons or third parties, must be admitted to the market and use, ready to undertake medical activity immediately after handing it over to the ordering party, must comply with the requirements set out in the SWZ, Year of manufacture of the base vehicle and medical body 2023, with minimal mileage (so-called technical mileage).
